The first stage is the preparation of the soil mixture: 3 parts of sand are mixed with 5 parts of humus. The humus should be loose. The mixture must be heated in an oven for 3-4 hours, at +90+100°C. Sowing is carried out in February-March on the surface of slightly compacted and moistened soil. The resulting surface should be carefully placed with a mixture of seeds and sand. It is necessary to ensure that the seeds do not fall deep. Seedlings may appear within 30 days, therefore, to accelerate seed germination, it is recommended to cover the sowing box with polyethylene and put it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator with a temperature of +5+7°С for 2-3 days. Then place in +22°С for germination.
In the phase of 1-2 true leaves, the seedlings are planted in pots and the temperature is reduced to +14+16°С. After the plants have 6 true leaves, you can plant them in the ground with a distance of 25-30 cm between rows and 15-20 cm between plants.
Care: consists of weeding, loosening, watering, fertilizing and protecting against diseases and pests. A complex water-soluble mineral fertilizer is used for feeding. Berries are harvested repeatedly, as they ripen.
